To resolve this issue, follow this guide and make an exception for the FIXED Smart app. The screenshots used in the guide are from a Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus with Android 13, Samsung One UI 5.0. On another phone with a different Android version and superstructure, the settings may be slightly different.
