Smart Real-time Assistance

Hypershell X Ultra continuously evaluates movement, pace, and terrain using sensors and AI algorithms. Assistance is precisely dosed according to the situation – during ascents, descents, walking stairs, running, or working in challenging environments. Thanks to a response time of 0.03s, the support feels smooth and natural, without any sensation of delay or unnatural interference with movement.

A pair of powerful motors helps reduce physical strain by up to 39% and creates a feeling of lightness equivalent to 39kg. In practice, this means an easier ascent uphill, less fatigue on long hikes, and more energy when carrying a backpack or work equipment. This is precisely where the exoskeleton makes the most sense – when the terrain, distance, or load really start to take their toll.

12 modes including snow and sand

Ultra S offers 12 intelligent modes for different types of movement and surfaces – from walking, running, stairs, and ascents to mountain terrain, gravel, sand, or snow. The device reacts according to what you are doing and adapts its support to real outdoor use.

Flagship performance for demanding conditions

With a maximum power of 1000W, a torque of 22Nm, and two interchangeable batteries included in the package, the Ultra S model is the most advanced version of the Hypershell series. Each battery provides assistance for up to 30km, and when depleted, you simply swap it out for the second one. The construction from titanium alloy, aluminum, and carbon composite maintains low weight, high strength, and 300° freedom of movement, while IP54, operating temperatures from -20 to 60°C, and TÜV Rheinland and SGS certifications confirm its readiness for real-world off-road use.
