Purchasing Specialist / Purchasing Manager

We are looking for an independent and reliable colleague for the position of Purchasing Specialist / Purchasing Manager, who will take full responsibility for the purchasing and ordering process – from negotiating with suppliers to administrative logistics.

What you will be responsible for

• Issuing orders and checking documents
• Managing inventory – inventory control, sell-in / sell-out, pricing
• Daily communication with suppliers (dozens of active suppliers)
• Administration related to orders – deadlines, documents, discrepancies
• Coordinating deliveries – what, when, and how will be sent (in cooperation with logistics)
• Working in the SAP S4 HANA system
• Negotiating with manufacturers (e.g., volume discounts, terms)
• Cooperating with teams across the company (logistics, sales, product, support)

Who we are looking for

• You have experience in a similar role (purchasing, logistics, product, operations)
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• You can organize your work even when there's a lot going on
• You are comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets
• You can communicate – with suppliers and the internal team
• You are independent and take responsibility
• Experience with SAP is a big advantage (but we can teach you)
• Communicative English level (especially written)
