Sales manager for Poland

We're looking for an addition to our export team.

You’ll be the driving force behind FIXED’s expansion in Poland, building and managing relationships with major electronics resellers (Euro RTV AGD, Neonet, Komputronik, x-kom, Morele.net, Media Expert and others), identifying new opportunities, and closing high-value deals. We need someone who doesn’t just sell — but builds long-term partnerships that shape the market.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Polish market.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key retailers and distributors.
  • Negotiate and close large-scale contracts with major resellers.
  • Act as the main representative of FIXED in Poland, independently driving results.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and report insights to HQ.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales within the electronics/accessories sector.
  • Established network of contacts in Poland with major resellers (Euro RTV AGD, Neonet, Komputronik, x-kom, Morele.net, Media Expert, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills – you know how to get the deal done.
  • Independence, self-drive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent Polish and English (Czech is a plus, but not required).
