2. Packaging
Pack the goods you want to return in such a way that the product or its packaging is not damaged during transport. Don't forget to put the filled in payment form and a copy of the sales receipt in the package.

3. Shipping
Send the complete shipment to our address. Add to the address whether it is a complaint or a return. This makes it easier for the shipment to reach the appropriate department.
