We are particularly pleased with any interest in products from our Prostejov workshop. Although it may not seem like it, any adjustments to individual pieces of cases are orders of magnitude more time-consuming, unfortunately it is not in our power to fulfill the requirements for adjustments. We try to fulfill the majority demand for cases by choosing from a portfolio of standard produced cases of various sizes, colors and materials.

If you are not sure about the choice of case, do not hesitate to contact us in the chat in the lower right corner of the screen, our technicians will be very happy to advise you on the choice in a moment.
First, find out the dimensions of your phone. When choosing a case, follow the internal dimensions that are given in the description of each case.
The case can be slightly larger or smaller
If the case is a few millimeters larger, everything is fine. It doesn't matter, the phone can still be easily removed from the case. However, we do not recommend choosing a case that is larger than 3 mm , because the mobile phone would fall out of it on its own.
A case may also be suitable if it is slightly smaller than the phone. For example, cases made of genuine leather can stretch to the required size after a short time, up to 3 mm. However, it is necessary to take into account that at the beginning the phone will be able to be inserted into the case, but a little worse. However, the packaging size will soon adjust.
You can expand the case in other ways, for example by inserting cardboard. However, we do not recommend pulling it out more than 4 mm. PU leather cases stretch less, by a maximum of 1 mm.
Our universal cases are designed primarily for phones without additional protective covers . Their dimensions, shape or material of the internal embroidery are adapted to this.
Combination case with TPU cover
If you want to use the case in combination with e.g. the back TPU cover , don't forget to consider the size of this cover. The thickness of ordinary TPU covers is usually around 1.2 mm, this size needs to be added to the dimensions of the phone on each side (ie + 2.4 mm in width, depth and height).

The Android operating system automatically suppresses apps running in the background that have low activity. This causes that once the Smart app is running in the background, it is disabled by the system, consequently the trackers do not work properly. This behavior of the system can be solved by setting the optimization directly on the phone.

1. Scan your fingers for identification
Before you start gluing the glass, first scan (identify) your fingers, so you can, for example, unlock the screen simply by touch. After sticking the protective glass, finger scanning would no longer be possible. If you have this set up, proceed further.
2. Turn on "Touch Sensitivity"
With Samsung Galaxy S mobile phones, after sticking the glass, it may happen that the display does not respond to your touches as it should. It has an easy solution - turn on "Touch Sensitivity" as follows:
- Go to “ Settings ” and select “ Display ”
- Click on “ Touch Sensitivity ” At this point the Touch Sensitivity feature should be turned on.
3. Stick the glass on the display
Now get down to gluing the glass itself. Our video will help you with proper gluing
4. Wait 10 minutes
You're done, you don't need to do anything else. In order for the display to function without problems, however, it is necessary to wait at least 10 minutes for the adhesive on the protective glass to properly "harden". After 10 minutes, unlock and lock the phone several times, then everything should work and you can use the phone straight away.

Complaints and returns
Procedure for returns and complaints.
Some complaints can be assessed and resolved remotely based on a description, photo or video. Please, before sending us a complaint or return, contact us through the online chat in the lower right corner. We will first assess your request remotely and suggest a suitable solution.
1. Return form
To claim products purchased before 11/10/2024, click the button below and follow the instructions.
If you want to claim products from an order after this date or if you cannot find your order in the system, please contact our support via the online chat on this page.
2. Packaging
Pack the goods you want to return in such a way that the product or its packaging is not damaged during transport. Don't forget to include the completed Complaint Form (see previous point) and a copy of the sales receipt in the package.
3. Shipping
Send the complete shipment to our address. Add to the address whether it is a complaint or a return. This makes it easier for the shipment to reach the appropriate department.
