The minimum arm circumference is 27 cm and the maximum is 39 cm.

It is not possible to connect a storage medium through the OTG reduction.

Does this adapter work with all mobile phones?

How big a phone can I put in the holder?
Due to the nature of the material, it is very difficult to determine the exact maximum dimensions of the phone, which is why the display size in inches is given, by which it is possible to orientate. The holder is silicone, so, for example, if it says 6.5", it is possible that a phone with a 6.7" display with very thin frames can fit in the holder without additional protective covers. In the case of unusual phone dimensions, we recommend trying the holder, or contact our support.

Only one of the headphones is playing.
It is possible that the correct pairing procedure was not followed or an error occurred during the process. In this case, the headphones must be reset to factory settings. Leave the headphones in the charging dock to turn them off. Remove both handsets from the list of connected devices on your phone. Remove the headphones from the dock, double-tap both at the same time 9 times in quick succession to reset the settings, and return them to the docking station. In this way, the headphones are ready for re-pairing. So take them out of the dock, wait a while for them to pair with each other, and then pair them with your phone. If this procedure does not help, please contact our support.

The headphones cannot be connected to any device, only the green diode flashes quickly. If this condition occurs, it can usually be resolved by resetting the headphones to factory settings. Factory settings can be performed by double-tapping both headphones at the same time 9 times in quick succession.

How big a driver are the Boom HD headphones?
The size of the transducer in these headphones is 6 mm.

What is the frequency range of the Boom HD headphones?
The frequency range of these headphones is 20Hz-20Khz.

The headphones do not charge, even though the docking station is charged.
In the new ecological package, the headphone connectors are covered with protective foil. Please make sure you have removed the foil before use.

On one handset the green diode flashes and the other does not flash at all.
Resetting the headphones to factory settings according to the instructions should eliminate this phenomenon.

Laptops usually have Bluetooth integrated, so there should be no problem with the connection. In the case of a desktop computer, it is usually necessary to purchase a Bluetooth adapter.

Is it possible to use only one earpiece separately?
Yes, the headphones have Double Master technology that makes this possible.

On which earpiece is the microphone located?
For full use of the Double Master technology, the microphone is located on both headphones.

Do the headphones have an IP rating?
Our headphones do not have an IP rating.

Do the headphones need drivers when connected to a PC?
For connection and proper functionality with a PC, it is necessary to have the correct codecs installed, or drivers for the Bluetooth adapter if the adapter itself requires them. The headphones themselves do not need any additional drivers.

Is it possible to connect headphones to a laptop or computer?
Laptops usually have Bluetooth integrated, so there should be no problem with the connection. In the case of a desktop computer, it is usually necessary to purchase a Bluetooth adapter.

Do the headphones have an IP rating?
Our headphones do not have an IP degree of protection.

What does the designation GaN mean?
GaN stands for Gallium Nitride. It is a crystalline semiconductor material that can withstand higher frequencies, can work better with accumulated energy and heats up significantly less than classic silicon chargers. This makes charging more efficient.

What is the difference between GaN and other standard chargers?
The difference is in higher charging efficiency - GaN chargers charge up to three times faster than standard chargers. Thanks to the higher power, you can charge more devices at the same time. You will also appreciate the lower power consumption and the smaller and lighter body of the charger.

How to properly remove the FLOW cover from the phone so as not to damage the cover?
You can find the procedure for properly removing the cover in the video

Can I safely use the case underwater?
Yes, you can, but before use we recommend a test, which is indicated in the manual in the package.

What is the depth and dive time with the case?
The case is certified IPX8, the maximum immersion depth is 5 m, for 60 minutes.

A few seconds after connecting the cable to the charger, the red diode flashes and it is no longer possible to charge the phone in this state.

Is it possible to place a heavier phone on the charger without the stand tipping over?
The charging stand is designed to load the phone at the same time. It is therefore stable even with heavier phones.

What are the dimensions of the Graphite stylus?
Dimensions are: length 16.6 cm, circumference 8.75 cm, tip circumference 1.86 mm.

Is it possible to use the Graphite active stylus for older iPad models?
Unfortunately not. FIXED Graphite is only compatible with iPads from 2018 onwards

Is the stylus compatible with iPad Air 2nd generation?
Sorry, but it is not compatible with this version.

Will this stylus also work on Android devices?
Unfortunately not. The stylus is only intended for selected Apple products.

Does it work even through the protective film or protective glass?
Yes, Fixed Graphite works through protective elements.

What do the LEDs on the stylus indicate?
The diodes inform us about the current state of the device. Blue light - the stylus is on. Red light - the stylus is charging. Green light - the stylus is fully charged. Blue flashing - the battery capacity has dropped below 30% and the stylus needs to be charged.

Does Fixed Graphite have a pressure function?
This model does not have a pressure function. It is possible to regulate the thickness of the lines by varying the tilt of the style, however this is not directly a pressure function.

Is it possible to use the handwriting to text function with Graphite?
Yes, to turn it on, just switch the iPad to English. Subsequently, in the iPad Settings, you select the Apple Pencil item and turn on the Scrible function.

How can I charge the Graphite PRO?
Charging is possible on the side of the iPad if your iPad supports this charging. The following models are compatible with Graphite PRO: iPad Pro 2018 and later, iPad Air 2020 and later, and iPad mini 6th generation.

How do I add a widget that shows the battery status?
Hold your finger on an empty spot on the display so that the icons "flutter". A + sign will appear in the upper right corner to add new widgets. In the list, find Batteries in the widget sections, or type Batteries in the search field. Here you already choose a specific widget to add. Once selected, the widget is added to the desktop and displays connected devices.

Is it possible to use the handwriting to text function with Graphite?
Yes, to turn it on, just switch the iPad to English. Subsequently, in the iPad Settings, you select the Apple Pencil item and turn on the Scrible function.

After connecting to a monitor or TV to HDMI, the transmission does not work.
Check if you have the latest firmware version and verify if your HDMI cable supports HDMI version 1.4. The connector does not support the HDMI 2.0 version.

After connecting the HUB to the computer, "USB has been removed" is displayed.
Please verify that you are using a USB cable designed for data transfer and not just for charging to connect the hub to your computer.

After the last iPadOS update, it is not possible to connect some peripherals, e.g. mouse and keyboard.
The problem can be solved by updating the firmware of the HUB itself. Above in the link you will find the update program, including instructions and the new firmware version. Does the jack support both input and microphone?
Yes, you can also use the microphone after connecting to the audio input

After connecting the HUB to the iPad and then connecting headphones via the 3.5 jack to the HUB, any volume control is blocked.
In this case, it is a limitation of the iPad, not a defect of the HUB. With other tablets or laptops, after connecting the HUB, everything will work in the standard way.

Is it possible to connect a monitor via the USB-C connector in the HUB?
In this case, the USB-C connector is intended only for data transfer, it is not possible to connect a monitor through it. Only the HDMI connector in the HUB can be used to connect the monitor.

Is it possible to use the HUB and power a laptop or tablet at the same time?
Yes, you supply power to the USB-C connector in the HUB and then connect the HUB to your device. If you connect multiple peripherals to the HUB, e.g. monitor, hard disk, keyboard, etc., we recommend that you always power up the HUB for proper functionality.

Is it possible to have the cover tucked behind the case, or does it need to be glued to the phone?
Yes, you can comfortably insert the cover between the back cover and the phone. The thinner the cover material, the better the holder will hold the phone. Not suitable in combination with a book case.

Can the holder retain power to operate the pliers after disconnection?
Thanks to the internal capacitor, the holder can retain enough energy to open even when the engine is off or without the key in the ignition.

How powerful an adapter do I need to power the mount?
Use an adapter with a power of at least 18 W to power the holder.

Is the cable included?
Yes, a USB-C USB-A cable is included in the package.

Does MagClick also offer a mount for phones that don't support wireless charging?
The holder is intended exclusively for phones supporting MagSafe technology. The distribution of the magnets in the case of MagSafe is different from that of ordinary magnetic holders and they do not allow use with any metal plate.

How is MagClick charged?
The holder with wireless charging has a USB-C USB-A input, so it can be charged via a car adapter or a classic docking station. The power cable is included in the package.

What is a suitable power source for the MagPad?
We recommend an adapter with a power of at least 18W.

What phones is the MagPad suitable for?
For all phones that support MagSafe technology.

The MagPad only charges for a moment and then the LED starts flashing green.
Make sure you have a suitable charging adapter, at least 18W. An unsuitable cover can also reduce the charging performance.

Is this product suitable for non-Apple devices?
The main charging area is intended primarily for iPhone series 12 and higher, which have MagSafe technology. You can only charge devices of other brands when using the MagPlate . Any device that supports wireless charging can be charged on the secondary surface. The watch charger cutout is designed exclusively for the Apple Watch charger.

What is the appropriate power source for the MagPowerStation?
When using adapters with USB-A, the performance will not be used to the maximum. For maximum performance when charging several devices at the same time, we recommend an adapter with PD support with a power of at least 37W. The package includes a 1m cable with USB-C - USB-A termination.

Is the charging adapter included in the package?
The adapter is not included in the package.

What types of phones is the MagPowerStation suitable for?
MagPowerStation is suitable for all types of phones that support MagSafe technology. In other cases, you need to purchase a MagPlate or a cover with MagSafe for compatibility.

What headphones can be charged via the MagPowerStation?
Any headphones with wireless charging support can be charged via the MagPowerStation.

What types of phones is the MagStand compatible with?

Is it possible to charge the phone through the back cover of the phone?

How can I get the most out of Powerstation?
If you want to achieve the full power of the Powerstation, you need to use an adapter with a USB-C - USB-C cable with a power of at least 25W with PD standard, e.g. Mini USB-C charger 30W

Apple Watch charging is interrupted, it is always necessary to disconnect the watch charger from the Powerstation and connect it again.
This phenomenon is caused by an inappropriate adapter. You can eliminate the problem by using an adapter with Quick Charge 3.0 support.

Is it possible to use the Powerstation for watches other than the Apple Watch?
The watch holder hole is only for the Apple Watch charger.

Does this mount work with the iPhone 12 mini?
Yes, the Powerstation is functional with this model, however, it is necessary to support the phone with an object about the size of a pencil so that the charging coil is placed at the correct height.

Is the charging adapter included in the package?
The adapter is not included in the package.

Is this product suitable for non-Apple devices?
The main and secondary charging areas can be used for devices of other brands. The watch charger cutout is designed exclusively for the Apple Watch charger.

Is the secondary surface only for charging wireless headphones?
The charging area is not exclusively for AirPods, you can charge any device with wireless charging support here.

Can the PowerStation be damaged by using a stronger adapter than recommended?
No, the charging station will only transmit the maximum power it can accept.

What are the dimensions of the Powerstation?
PowerStation dimensions are 150x105x125 mm.

The Powerstation does not charge the device after connecting the adapter.

The holder was tested with tablets weighing up to 700 g.

What phones can be charged wirelessly via MagZen?
However, any phones that support wireless charging will not attach magnetically like MagSafe technology.

Through which port can the MagZen be charged?
Charging is possible via microUSB or USB-C connector.

What are the input port values?

Is it possible to buy replacement plates for holding the phone?

The bracket does not stick to the dashboard.
The holder must be glued to a properly degreased, dry and heated surface that is at least 16°. The 3M tape does not adhere properly to a cold or frozen surface.

What is the diameter of the base of the holder including the cable management located?
The diameter of the base is 36 mm, including cable management, the dimension at the widest point is 47.6 mm.

Is it possible to attach a phone with MagSafe to the holder?
Unfortunately, this combination is not possible. The distribution of the magnets in the holder is different than on the MagSafe.

Is it possible to have the cover peeled off behind the case, or does it need to be glued to the phone?
Yes, you can comfortably insert the cover between the back cover and the phone. The thinner the cover material, the better the holder will hold the phone. Not suitable in combination with a book case.

The purchased glass does not cover the entire display, there is a gap on the sides.
First, please check if you have the right glass for your phone type. Some manufacturers release new versions of phones with the same designation, differing only in the year of release. Another reason why the glass can be smaller is that it is a 2.5D glass that covers the active part of the display, but does not extend to the edges of the phone. These glasses are suitable for use in combination with rear protective covers. There is no collision between the glass and the cover.

What type of protective glass should I use to get the glass to stick all over the surface, meaning the edges of the phone?
Glasses marked "FULL-COVER" protect the entire surface of the display, including the rounded edges. They are not very suitable for combination with the back covers of the phone.

Can the rounded glasses be combined with the back cover of the phone?
It always depends on the type of cover. It is important that the cover does not hug the phone too much, i.e. so that it does not interfere with the display area. For combinations, we recommend choosing 2.5D protective glasses.

How do I know which glass has an adhesive layer over the entire surface or just around the edges?
Such glasses are most often labeled as FullGlue.

Is it possible to fit a tablet including the FOLIO keyboard into the case?
Yes, if it is explicitly stated in the name or description of the product, e.g. "FIXED Oxford leather case for Apple iPad Pro 11" (2018/20/21) with Folio keyboard "

Is it possible to fit a tablet including the Magic Keyboard into the case?

Are Oxford cases also suitable for tablets or laptops of other brands?
Despite the fact that Oxford cases are dedicated to individual models of iPads and MacBooks, it is possible to exceptionally use them also for devices of other brands. In the description of each model of the Oxford case, the internal dimensions are given, by which it is possible to orientate yourself when choosing. If any of the dimensions of your device are larger than the inner dimension of the Oxford, we do not recommend using the device case.
