Testování odolnosti skel
Abychom si byli kvalitou ochrany jisti, každý aspekt pečlivě testujeme.
Testujeme odolnost skla, ale i uživatelský zážitek.
Testů odolnosti existuje několik:
- Odolnost vůči pádu na plochu skla – pád ocelové kuličky o váze 64 g na samotné sklo
- Odolnost proti poškrábání – rydly různé tvrdosti se zjišťuje tvrdost skla na Mohsově stupnici odolnosti
- Odolnost hrany – dopad hrany skla na ostrou špičku
Testy pro vylepšení uživatelského zážitku:
- Test propustnosti světla – ovlivňuje zejména dobrou viditelnost displeje pod ochranným sklem
- Mikroskopický test na kapce destilované vody – takto se testuje oleofobní vrstva, která napomáhá hladkému skluzu po skle a redukuje vznik otisků prstů
- Analýza obsahu příslušenství v balení – jednoduchá aplikace skla na telefon
