Holders for ventilation
If you don't want to put your mobile phone/tablet on the glass or dashboard, reach for the holder in the ventilation grill. We do not recommend this, as the MagSafe technology may not work properly.
I have a mobile phone in a so-called book-type case (flip case). Can I place the phone with this case in the holder?
In most cases, this is not possible, because the pads will not hold the bulky book case, it probably won't hold due to the thick layer of material. In the case of the MagSafe holder, the removable side of the cover also gets in the way.
I want to stick the holder to my car with double-sided adhesive tape or other gluing. Is this possible?
If you decide on this option, we recommend gluing the holder to a flat and warm surface (certainly not to a frozen dashboard).
