Only one of the headphones is playing.
It is possible that the correct pairing procedure was not followed or an error occurred during the process. In this case, the headphones must be reset to factory settings. Leave the headphones in the charging dock to turn them off. Remove both handsets from the list of connected devices on your phone. Remove the headphones from the dock, double-tap both at the same time 9 times in quick succession to reset the settings, and return them to the docking station. In this way, the headphones are ready for re-pairing. So take them out of the dock, wait a while for them to pair with each other, and then pair them with your phone. If this procedure does not help, please contact our support.

The headphones cannot be connected to any device, only the green diode flashes quickly. If this condition occurs, it can usually be resolved by resetting the headphones to factory settings. Factory settings can be performed by double-tapping both headphones at the same time 9 times in quick succession.

How big a driver are the Boom HD headphones?
The size of the transducer in these headphones is 6 mm.

What is the frequency range of the Boom HD headphones?
The frequency range of these headphones is 20Hz-20Khz.

The headphones do not charge, even though the docking station is charged.
In the new ecological package, the headphone connectors are covered with protective foil. Please make sure you have removed the foil before use.

On one handset the green diode flashes and the other does not flash at all.
Resetting the headphones to factory settings according to the instructions should eliminate this phenomenon.

The headphones do not turn off in the docking station.
Please make sure your docking station is fully charged. If the docking station is discharged, the headphones will not register that they are already in the dock and will not be turned off.

Is it possible to adjust the volume or switch tracks on the headphones?
Yes, all control combinations are described in the attached manual.

Is it possible to connect headphones to a laptop or computer?
Laptops usually have Bluetooth integrated, so there should be no problem with the connection. In the case of a desktop computer, it is usually necessary to purchase a Bluetooth adapter.

Is it possible to use only one earpiece separately?
Yes, the headphones have Double Master technology that makes this possible.

On which earpiece is the microphone located?
For full use of the Double Master technology, the microphone is located on both headphones.

Do the headphones have an IP rating?
Our headphones do not have an IP rating.
