Does the jack support both microphone input and output?
Yes, you can also use a microphone after connecting to the audio input
After connecting the HUB to the iPad and then connecting headphones via the 3.5 jack to the HUB, any volume control is blocked. In this case, this is a limitation of the iPad, not a defect of the HUB. With other tablets or laptops, everything will work as usual after connecting the HUB.
Is it possible to connect a monitor via the USB-C connector in the HUB?
In this case, the USB-C connector is intended only for data transfer, it is not possible to connect a monitor through it. To connect a monitor, only the HDMI connector in the HUB can be used.
Is it possible to use the HUB and power a laptop or tablet at the same time?
Yes, you supply power to the USB-C connector in the HUB and then connect the HUB to your device. If you connect multiple peripherals to the HUB, such as a monitor, hard drive, keyboard, etc., we recommend that you always power the HUB for proper functionality.
After connecting to a monitor or TV via HDMI, image transmission does not work. Check if you have the latest firmware version and verify if your HDMI cable supports HDMI 1.4. The connector does not support HDMI 2.0. The latest firmware version, including instructions, can be found at the relevant HUB.
