After connecting to a monitor or TV to HDMI, the transmission does not work.
Check if you have the latest firmware version and verify if your HDMI cable supports HDMI version 1.4. The connector does not support the HDMI 2.0 version.
The latest version of the firmware, including instructions, can be found at the relevant HUB.

After connecting the HUB to the computer, "USB has been removed" is displayed.
Please verify that you are using a USB cable designed for data transfer and not just for charging to connect the hub to your computer.
