1. Organizer: The organizer of the competition Competition with FIXED for a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and a bunch of accessories is the company FIXED.zone as, Budějovická 19, Homole
2. Participation: The FIXED Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and a bunch of accessories contest (the “Contest”) is open only to those who register at https://gleam.io/Tw51i/soutez-s-fixed-o-samsung-galaxy-s26-ultra-a-hromadu-prislusenstvi-k-nemu. The Contest is open only to residents of the Czech Republic and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, executives, directors and representatives of FIXED.zone as (the “Organizer”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Contest, the entrant (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Promoter and represents and warrants that you meet the conditions of participation. You further agree that the decisions of the Promoter regarding the content of this Campaign are final and binding. Entrants should address any questions, comments or concerns regarding the Contest exclusively to the Promoter.
4. Competition Period: The Competition begins on March 8, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. CEST and ends on March 15, 2026 at 4:59 p.m. CEST (“Competition Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Competition Period will not be accepted.
5. How to Enter: The Contest can be entered by completing the online form at https://gleam.io/Tw51i/soutez-s-fixed-o-samsung-galaxy-s26-ultra-a-hromadu-prislusenstvi-k-nemu and completing all verification requirements set forth by the Organizer. An entry must meet all Contest requirements as listed in order to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with the Contest rules or specifications may be disqualified at the Organizer’s discretion. You must provide the requested information. You may not enter more than once, using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Contest rules, your entry may be disqualified at the Organizer’s discretion.
6. Prizes: The winner(s) of the competition (hereinafter referred to as the “winner”) will receive the following prizes:
• 1 winner will receive a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra + accessories FIXED for 5,000 CZK
• 1 winner will receive FIXED accessories worth CZK 3,000
• 1 winner will receive FIXED accessories worth CZK 1,000

The actual/estimated value of the prizes may vary at the time of prize delivery. Prize details will be determined solely by the Promoter. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except as determined by the Promoter. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to other persons or request for a cash equivalent of the prize by the winner is permitted. All expenses related to the prize, including but not limited to any state and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Promoter permission to use his/her name, likeness and entry for promotional and commercial purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Chances of winning: The chances of winning depend on the number of completed tasks in the competition.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of the Promoter. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner being selected. The Promoter is not responsible for the winner not receiving notification due to spam, junk mail or other security settings, or for the winner providing incorrect or otherwise non-functional contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not claim the prize within 7 days of the winner notification, or does not promptly return the completed and signed release and consent form as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Acceptance of the prize offered in this Promotion by the winner is conditional upon compliance with all state and local laws and regulations. Any violation by the winner of these Official Rules, in the sole discretion of the Promoter, will result in the winner being disqualified as a winner and the immediate termination of all winner privileges.
9. Rights Granted by Entrant: By submitting this content (e.g., photos, videos, text, etc.), you acknowledge and agree that the Organizer and anyone acting on behalf of the Organizer or its respective licensees, successors and assigns shall have the right, to the extent permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, without limitation, throughout the world, your Submission, name, likeness, photograph, voice, likeness, image, campaign statement and biographical information for news, publicity, information, business, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, review or consent. By posting this content, you represent and warrant that your Submission is an original work of which you are the author ( ) and does not infringe any proprietary or intellectual property rights of any third party. If your entry infringes the intellectual property rights of another person, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer. If the content of your entry is found to infringe the proprietary or intellectual property rights of a third party, you will defend or settle such claims at your own expense. You are obligated to defend and hold FIXED.zone as harmless from and against any and all actions, proceedings, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses that FIXED.zone as may incur, suffer or be liable to pay as a result of such infringement or suspected infringement of the rights of a third party.
10. Terms: The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest if a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or other cause beyond the Promoter’s control disrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such cases, the Promoter may select a winner from eligible entries received before and/or after the Promoter’s action, as appropriate. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Website or who violates these Terms. The Promoter has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to cancel entries for any reason, including but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer exceeding the number permitted by the Contest Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts or other technical means of entry. Any attempt by a participant to intentionally damage any website or disrupt the legitimate operation of the competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. In the event of such an attempt, the organizer reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Contest, you agree to release FIXED.zone as and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, partners, agents from and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, lawsuits, claims or damages that may arise directly or indirectly, whether due to negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Contest and/or his acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or part thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest; (iii) electronic or human errors in the administration of the Contest or processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including, but not limited to, the failure of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software or other mechanical device; (v) unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone or Internet services; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, undelivered, misdelivered or undeliverable mail.
12. Disputes: This Contest is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or related to this Campaign will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a court in the Czech Republic having jurisdiction. Furthermore, in any such dispute, you may not under any circumstances recover any punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than actual expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in the Contest), and you hereby waive all rights to them. You further waive all rights to have any damages multiplied or increased.
13. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social media platforms used to share the competition. You acknowledge that you are providing your details to the competition owner and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social media platforms.
14. Acceptance of Rules: By entering the Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to all Official Rules and Terms.
