Senior Sales Representative FIXED

At FIXED, we design, develop, and sell accessories for smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, and other devices. We do things honestly – from development and testing to customer support.

We position ourselves as an affordable premium brand. We produce high-quality, durable products that last. We don't chase the lowest price on the market, but at the same time, we don't want to be overpriced. We believe that quality is an alternative to unnecessary consumption.

Now we are looking for an experienced salesperson who can not only communicate this to partners but, more importantly, translate it into sales.

What you will be responsible for

  • Managing existing B2B partners in the Prague and North Bohemia region
  • Regular in-person meetings – sales at our company are not done from the office
  • Actively seeking new partners and opening doors where we are not yet present
  • Negotiating business terms and establishing long-term cooperation
  • Responsibility for results in the region
  • Representing the FIXED brand as a strong and reliable partner

Sales for us are not about a one-time deal. We build long-term relationships – fairly, openly, and with clear figures.

Who we are looking for

  • You have experience in B2B sales, ideally in the field
  • You can open new doors and are not deterred by rejection
  • Negotiation is not foreign to you – you know when to push and when to build a relationship
  • You work independently and take responsibility for your region
  • You think in numbers and understand margins, turnover, and customer potential
  • You have a category B driving license
  • Experience in electronics/accessories/retail is an advantage

This is not a role for a junior. We are looking for someone who knows how sales work and wants the space to do it professionally.
