After the latest iPadOS update, it is not possible to connect some peripherals, such as a mouse or keyboard.
The problem can be solved by updating the firmware of the HUB itself. Above in the link you will find the update program, including instructions and the new firmware version. In case of any questions, do not hesitate to contact us via the form in the "Contact Support" tab. We will be happy to help you with the update.

Does the jack support both microphone input and output?
Yes, you can also use a microphone after connecting to the audio input
After connecting the HUB to the iPad and then connecting headphones via the 3.5 jack to the HUB, any volume control is blocked. In this case, this is a limitation of the iPad, not a defect of the HUB. With other tablets or laptops, everything will work as usual after connecting the HUB.

Is it possible to connect a monitor via the USB-C connector in the HUB?
In this case, the USB-C connector is intended only for data transfer, it is not possible to connect a monitor through it. To connect a monitor, only the HDMI connector in the HUB can be used.

Is it possible to use the HUB and power a laptop or tablet at the same time?
Yes, you supply power to the USB-C connector in the HUB and then connect the HUB to your device. If you connect multiple peripherals to the HUB, such as a monitor, hard drive, keyboard, etc., we recommend that you always power the HUB for proper functionality.

After connecting to a monitor or TV via HDMI, image transmission does not work. Check if you have the latest firmware version and verify if your HDMI cable supports HDMI 1.4. The connector does not support HDMI 2.0. The latest firmware version, including instructions, can be found at the relevant HUB.

"USB has been removed" is displayed after connecting the HUB to the computer. "USB has been removed" is displayed after connecting the HUB to the computer.

Please make sure that you are using a USB cable designed for data transfer and not just charging to connect the hub to your computer.

6 ports + wireless charging

FIXED MagHUB connects all important devices - you can connect a monitor, disk, SD card and accessories and charge your phone wirelessly at the same time.
It offers 6 ports and a MagSafe surface, so you don't have to choose what to plug in first. Everything runs at once, clearly and without compromise.

MagSafe surface always at hand

We've turned the top of the HUB into a wireless MagSafe charger that holds your phone firmly and starts charging immediately.

This detail makes everyday work easier – you always have your phone in sight, without a cable and with a free port for other devices. This is something that ordinary HUBs do not offer.

4K image, 100W power

The HDMI output will offer a sharp image in 4K/60Hz resolution, the USB-C port will supply the laptop with up to 100W of power, and other connectors will ensure fast data transfer and connection of accessories.
FIXED MagHUB is designed to handle even the most demanding work environments.

Smart shape, refined details

We designed MagHUB to look and work great. The minimalist body fits anywhere, and the 30cm braided cable gives you freedom to arrange your desk. Plus, it comes with a handy pouch for carrying in a backpack or bag.
