The minimalistic FIXED MagHUB combines useful ports to expand your computer's capabilities and a MagSafe phone charger. The upper surface of the HUB is equipped with a coil for wireless charging with MagSafe support, so you only need to place the phone on the charging surface and charging will begin. After connecting, you will have a total of 6 ports available: USB-C port for power with PD 3.0 support and high power up to 100W, HDMI port with 4K 60Hz resolution, SD/micro SD card reader and data ports USB-A 3.2 Gen1 and USB-C 3.2 Gen1, to which you can connect a mouse, keyboard, external drives and other accessories. You will no longer have to decide between charging your laptop or connecting external accessories, thanks to the FIXED MagHUB you can connect everything you need at once. The HUB is connected to the device via a 30cm USB-C cable, which provides flexibility and adapts to the needs of your workspace. For easy carrying in a bag or backpack, you will also find a practical carrying case in the package.

After the last iPadOS update, it is not possible to connect some peripherals, e.g. mouse and keyboard.
The problem can be solved by updating the firmware of the HUB itself. Above in the link you will find the update program, including instructions and the new firmware version. In case of confusion, do not hesitate to contact us via the form in the "Contact support" tab. We will be happy to help you with the update.

Does the jack support both input and microphone?
Yes, you can also use the microphone after connecting to the audio input
After connecting the HUB to the iPad and then connecting headphones via the 3.5 jack to the HUB, any volume control is blocked. In this case, it is a limitation of the iPad, not a defect of the HUB. With other tablets or laptops, after connecting the HUB, everything will work in the standard way.

Is it possible to connect a monitor via the USB-C connector in the HUB?
In this case, the USB-C connector is only intended for data transfer, it is not possible to connect a monitor through it. Only the HDMI connector in the HUB can be used to connect the monitor.

Is it possible to use the HUB and power a laptop or tablet at the same time?
Yes, you supply power to the USB-C connector in the HUB and then connect the HUB to your device. If you connect multiple peripherals to the HUB, e.g. monitor, hard disk, keyboard, etc., we recommend always powering the HUB for proper functionality.

After connecting to a monitor or TV to HDMI, the image transmission does not work. Check that you have the latest firmware version and verify that your HDMI cable supports HDMI version 1.4. The connector does not support the HDMI 2.0 version. The latest version of the firmware, including instructions, can be found at the relevant HUB.
